Notre gouvernance
SGD Pharma fonctionne selon une structure de conseil d’administration unitaire, appelée Comité Exécutif (ExCo), composée de neuf membres.
Bien qu’il n’y ait pas de représentation directe des employés lors des réunions de l’ExCo, le directeur des Ressources Humaines (RH) est responsable des aspects sociaux au sein de l’entreprise. Deux représentants syndicaux assistent aux réunions du Conseil d’administration.
Les membres de l’ExCo suivent une formation régulière sur les questions climatiques et l’éthique, notamment la prévention de la corruption, des pots-de-vin et de la fraude. La gouvernance du développement durable est gérée collectivement par l’ExCo
